TO SHOW COMPASSION TO OUR CUSTOMERS, WE:

  1. Demonstrate gratitude toward every opportunity.
  2. Understand we are measured one case at a time.
  3. Exceed client expectations by listening completely, acknowledging the request, confirming the request, and delivering a solution timeline.
  4. Are sensitive to the insured’s needs and the family we are helping.
  5. Respect the agent who works hard at networking while striving to earn a livelihood.
  6. Select our customers by matching their level of professionalism with ours.
  7. Maintain professionalism by delivering bad news with grace, delivering bad news with a viable alternative solution, not arguing our points, and vigilantly protecting client confidentiality.
  8. Show our reliability by providing consistent solutions and transmitting accurate information.
  9. Understand that every response to our customer is an opportunity to showcase our “unfair” professional advantage.
  10. Strongly prefer to complete current tasks before moving on to the next one.

TO SHOW GRATITUDE TO EACH OTHER, WE:

  1. Recognize that our interdependence is critical to our individual and company’s success.
  2. Display teamwork by demonstrating gratitude for each other, practicing blameless problem solving, assisting each other without further obligation or score keeping, not overshadowing each other, and continuing our practice of more than covering for each other during time of vacation or family illness. Whenever possible, complete the outstanding task for each other to save our colleague from overload upon return.
